When I was thinking about what kind of Valentine’s day dishes I should make for the blog I was having some trouble.
I didn’t just want to do the usual chocolate everything, so I started thinking about what things Marc loves, because it’s Valentine’s day, our first as husband and wife, and I wanted to make things he would love.
Marc loves rocky road, but I wanted to make it special not just the usual rocky road.
Homemade marshmallow are one of my favourite sweets. I don’t care much for supermarket marshmallows. But homemade?? Oh boy it’s like eating clouds of joy.
I also made turkish delight. another of Marc’s favourites and then I decided pistachios would be the perfect crunchy addition.
This rocky road is so delicious, packed with things Marc and I both love, the perfect treat for Valentine’s day or any day.
Make this to share with your husband, wife, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, bff, work friends any one you want to share some valentines love with.
