i know tuna can be polarising you either love it or hate it. we are tuna lovers but even people who are not huge fans of tuna have enjoyed my tuna bake.
it’s creamy and crunchy with loads of veggies. i like to make this in huge batches and freeze it so we have leftovers for work lunches.
you can use any vegetables in here and it’s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables.
i really should make more pasta bakes, this tends to be the only one i make and it’s so easy!
cook up some pasta, mix it with some vegetables, tuna and cheese sauce then pour it into a baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs to make it extra crunchy and bake it up.
then you end up with this beautifully creamy pasta and a crispy crunchy top.
it’s so freaking good!
