Today we are headed to Tasmania for our holiday so I thought we’d kick off with a cocktail with all the holiday vibes! I made us this fun spiced pineapple mule. Doesn’t it just scream holiday? I can picture myself sitting on a beach sipping on this cocktail! Even though we aren’t going to a beach I still want all of these. Round up your girls and make a round of these bad boys for everyone and pretend you are on an island and chill. If you want to make your pineapple your glass like I did, i recommend getting a pineapple corer. Cut your pineapple and pull it out, then remove the core and your all set! Just keep in mind your pineapple will be bigger than a standard glass, so mine fit two servings. If you have smaller pineapples they may not hold as much. Alternatively I have also served this in a big jug and let everyone serve themselves. It’s a great way to serve it for parties and it’s a huge hit as well as being super simple to make. I love low maintenance cocktails that can serve a crowd. For me that’s key to a great party!
