This week has been a combination of crazy and relaxed. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and tired lately so I’ve been making sure to take plenty of time out. Lots of self care is helping me feel on top of things again. What do you do for self care? Is there something you do everyday or do you have a weekly ritual? Self care is so important, it’s time we stop feeling bad for putting ourselves first and take time to be a little selfish. We all need to be selfish sometimes, especially when we need to take care of ourselves.

Hey hey! How are you all? I feel like I’ve been in hiding for the past few weeks, I’ve been in a bit of a funk. It was a combination of things that lead to it, but mostly I was just trying to do too many things and I was taking enough time to relax. So for the past few weeks I have taken some time out, time for self care and to start feeling like me again. I’m just about there, and all this made me realise that self care is so important.
