This weekend is going to be packed. My Mum will be here tomorrow night, I am so excited to see her! We have dinner for my birthday with friends and family Saturday night. On Sunday I am taking Mum to chocolate high tea for an early Mother’s Day celebration as I won’t see her on Mother’s Day. Also Marc’s Dad gets in on sunday. CRAZY!
But also so fun. I am looking forward to all of it. And…. We should have an update on our land before Friday, fingers crossed registration is complete and soil tests and surveys can start. I say bring it on!! I cannot wait for it all to start, I am not coping with all the waiting. I’m not the most patient person… like at all.
Anywho… moving onto what I am lovng from around the interwebs this week…

When we get home late and I have things I need to get done at night, my go to dinner is takeaway. But that’s changing right now thanks to Adrianna and these 15 minutes dinners. TOTALLY LOVING THE SIMPLICITY!
Choc chip cookies are my favourite, I have had them with bacon, or potato chips mixed in (both are sensational) but these granola choc chip cookies sound like a dream
This pulled pork breakky hash sounds like my brunch dreams come true, add mimosas or punch and follow it up with pancakes and you have the perfect brunch
Speaking of pancakes, I have no words for these… Jess has yet again got me wanting to lick my screen
I tried cronbread recently and was looking for a recipe and I found this one from Sally I’m making it this weekend and i am so looking forward to it. Sally’s recipes are always delicious!
