I love a good spritzer and I want a non alcoholic drink to share with you for easter. You know for when you have over indulged on choclate and easter treats and you need something light and refreshing. This grapefruit & rosemary spritzer is the perfect drink. It uses the same rosemary syrup I made for the raspberry and rosemary cocktail last week, so you can make both this weekend.

Rosemary and pink grapefruit are a gorgeous flavour combo, I was not a grpaefruit fan until about 4 years ago when I tried a pink grapefruit soda and I was sold. It was light a refreshing with a slight bite, perfection! Now I am a pink grapefruit lover, yes I discriminate against other grapefruit I like the pink ones, only the pink ones. Don’t try tofeed me ruby grapefruit, while I love the colour the pink is just better.

Today will be spent doing house stuff, which is about as exciting as it sounds, but it needs to be done. We have had so much on recently that we have been neglecting house work so…We are doing it all today and then we have three days for fun 🙂

We have planned a move day, dinner with friends and time with our animals. So we are getting the not fun stuff done and out of the way first.

Tell me about your long weekend plans. I found it interesting that unlike last year most people I spoke with aren’t going away this year. Are you heading off on a mini break? Are you hosting easter brunch on sunday? I would love to hear what you’ve got going on this long weekend.
