Grapefruit & Rosemary Spritzer

I love a good spritzer and I want a non alcoholic drink to share with you for easter. You know for when you have over indulged on choclate and easter treats and you need something light and refreshing. This grapefruit & rosemary spritzer is the perfect drink. It uses the same rosemary syrup I made for the raspberry and rosemary cocktail last week, so you can make both this weekend.

So I came up with these raspberry & rosemary cocktails.

Mixed Berry White Wine Spritzer

We are in the midst of ex tropical cyclone debbie as I write this. For those of us here in Brisbane we are mostly get rain, lots of rain. We have had flash flooding and constant rain since around 1:30 wednesday morning.

But for those in Far North Queensland who bore the brunt of the cyclone they have sustained much worse. They have had rooves ripped from house, garden sheds blown into neighbours yards, boats washed ashore I even saw a photo of a bull shark now stranded once the flood waters receeded.

Raspberry Limeade

If i had to choose a favourite citrus it would be limes.

They are bright and zingy and refreshing without being to sour like some lemons can be or to sweet. They are perfect little green gems.
